Job Description
I have a new opportunity available with a client based on the Gold Coast. A short-term contract until July 2013 (with possible extension available), the successful candidate with be responsible for managing the development and implementation of the business’ ICT Infrastructure and applications.
Key Duties include:
- Vendor and technical specialists consultation to support infrastructure and application development
- Provision of leadership in project activities, including technical support to project managers
- Management of incidents, problems and changes in the in-house Service Management tool.
Desired Skills & Experience
For this role, the following skills and experience are desirable:- Experienced in SAP Solution Manager and SAP ASAP Methodology
- Deep understanding of SAP Business Suite
- Experience in Solution Development Lifecycle best practice frameworks
- Knowledge of ICT Infrastructure, Desktop computing and Business Applications
- ITIL Foundation certification
- PMBOK/Prince2 certification
