The role
We are currently seeking a talented Manager and Leader for our Transport business in Northern Region (Queensland and Northern Territory).

With a minimum of 20 years commercial experience in details, you will play a key role in:

• Effective strategic planning and management of the functional area


• Manage a local business unit and the overall Transport business in Northern Region


• Achieve sustainable growth of the group through targeted client relationship management and business development activity


• Provide project governance and leadership in the functional area to achieve reliable project performance in terms of sophistication, timeliness and quality


• In collaboration with local management, provide leadership to the employees in the functional group in the local offices as nominated to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development of the employees

With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

• enjoy leading and managing all aspects of a business unit including finding, positioning, winning and delivering projects for clients
