POSITION SUMMARY
Support Exploration & Dev Asset RE team to conduct : • Completion of
all required Reservoir Engineering analysis for exploration project in
Exploration Asset, Development Asset and International Asset (as required)
including Well Management Plan, Well Testing (Planning, Design, Witness as
necessary, Analysis, Reporting), support Completion Plan, Development assessment
for supporting further decision on exploration/development activities and
support all related meeting with other Stakeholder including BPMIGAS &

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS • Generate Well Management Plan for
exploration well containing all technical basic plan including applied
technology & data acquisition, base completion plan, uncertainty or risk
mitigation plan and development assesent • Conduct Well test design related
to the specific objective for exploration well and development well with
assurance that such data acquisition being planned will yield to a comprehensive
result for well or field future plan. If required, need to witness the process
of well testing operation in the field. Conduct well test analysis and generate
an acceptable quality of well test report. • Conduct Reservoir
Studies/Simulation including completion of following processes : • Data
preparation including quality checking of log data, core analysis data and fluid
analysis data • Conduct reservoir engineering analysis including reservoir
characterization based on all available data. For compositional simulation,
including the EOS modeling that validated with lab measurement • Work closely
with Geologist, Geophysicist and Petrophysicits to generate static and dynamic
model with acceptable quality. Need to have a good understanding on carbonate
reservoir including fracture analysis with knowledge on application of such
fracture parameter obtained from log, core and well test into the reservoir
model • Conduct simulation study will all related process including
initialization, history matching, and forecasting for both black oil and
compositional simulation. • Work closely with Production Engineer, Drilling
& Completion Engineer and other functional group to ensure that the
development plan being submitted has been optimized • In charge for
conducting Peer Review with expert as necessary • Generate comprehensive and
acceptable quality of Study report including preparation and delivering
presentations when required • Complete POP/POD package based on Reservoir
Studies (simulation or analytical) and coordination function for all related
department including Exploration, Production Engineering, Drilling/WOWS,
Facilities Engineering, Marketing, SHE and asset • Conduct field development
uncertainty reduction and optimization including completion of following process
: • Well number and well trajectories optimization • Assessment of well
technology (incl. horizontal/multilateral) using 3D Reservoir Simulation model
or other simplified model/analytical works • Work closely with Production
Engineer and Completion Engineer to have a comprehensive completion design •
Generate Reservoir Management Plan with coverage of all program pre and during
drilling, during testing period and during production phases • In charge for
monitoring the drilling progress and supporting for drilling operation including
providing testing request documents • In charge for post mortem evaluation
and reporting • In charge for ensuring all required technical documentation
being fulfilled • Support Due Diligent and Company Divestment as required, by
generating all technical analysis including attend data room & data
compilation, development plan, production forecast, generate
report/presentation. On certain cases need to provide probabilistic analysis.

POSITION SUMMARY Exciting opportunities have arisen for two highly
capable senior geologists to work in the Exploration Team in Company” Jakarta
office.
The first role will focus on evaluation of new ventures and conventional
exploration opportunities. You will conduct regional geological studies to
