Job Description
This Melbourne based engineering company is long-established and reputable competitor in the Building Services industry. They maintain a broad project portfolio across the industrial, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors. With continued success along with a range of projects on the books and lined up, an experienced Hydraulic Design Draftsperson is now required to join the Melbourne team.As the ideal candidate, you will be a qualified and proven Hydraulic Design Draftsperson. Necessary to your success within this challenging role will be your concentrated experience in the Building Services industry with a local Engineering Consultancy or Contractor. From this experience, you will have developed your proficiency in design/drafting with a focus upon hydraulic services/systems such as domestic applications, drainage systems (roof / below ground), reticulation systems (gas / storm water), plumbing systems, hydrant systems and sanitary/trade waste/water.
Desired Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:- Hydraulic/Engineering tertiary qualifications (degree, diploma or trade equivalent)
- Working knowledge of relevant Australian building/plumbing standards and codes
- Ability to produce accurate hydraulic engineering drawings
- Strong REVIT MEP skills developed from on-the-job experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
