The Australian Pacific LNG (APLNG) Upstream Project is a joint venture between Origin Energy, ConocoPhillips and Sinopec and is the largest of its kind in Australia. The project will supply low emissions fuel to growing international energy markets as well as continuing to contribute cleaner energy through its domestic production, equivalent to more than 40 percent of Queensland's current gas requirements.

Development of the APLNG project will bring many benefits to the economies of regional communities, Queensland and Australia creating thousands of direct and indirect jobs.

We are currently seeking a Senior Field Advisor HSS to join the APLNG project on a 12 Month contract. The primary function of this position will be to build strong relationships with client construction management and contractor teams to positively influence safety outcome.

To be considered for this position, you will possess:



  • 7+ years experience with large scale construction projects (Oil & Gas industry experience will be highly regarded)
  • Worked in a previous client role OR senior/manager role for tier 1 contractor (Essential)
  • Large infrastructure project experience
  • Commissioning/operations experience
  • A strong understanding of consultation and advisory based responsibilities
  • Tertiary education (highly regarded)
This role will be site based across two sites: Condabri and Reedy Creek and candidates will work on a rotational basis on a roster of 21/7 and travel will be inside these parameters
