To support our operations, we are currently looking for: Account Receivable Officer REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 3 years experience in credit controller - Graduated from university mayor in accounting. - He/She able to speak English and be able to work with team. - Preferable someone who live near with our office – Pulogadung (East Jakarta) JOB DESCRIPTION: - Responsible for the client”s account reconciliation and aging analysis - Responsible for the collection of the accounts receivable - Drive the project manager to issue draft invoice, based on unbilled receivables - Responsible that the invoice and client reimbursement are submitted on time to the client. - Responsible to resubmit the returned/rejected invoice from clients - Preparing of weekly and realization of accounts receivable. - Preparing quarterly and yearly cash flow forecast.
