Description and Desired Qualifications
CH2M HILL Project Manager - Air Quality Control Systems (AQCS) - Power Services (Denver, Atlanta, or Charlotte)

The challenge? Helping our power generating clients meet the environmental compliance and growth demand for electric power. Our Project Manager job offer helps CH2M HILL clients provide safe, clean and reliable sources of electric power. Each day you will use your expertise in Project Management and Project Engineering to help our clients meet the power needs of their customers.

Our Project Manager - Air Quality Control Systems (AQCS) - Power Services:

• Lead growth and development of AQCS asset projects and clients in the US.
• Monitor regional industry trends and identify opportunities to serve clients.
• Steward contract negotiations.
• Manage generation asset improvement engineering projects.
• Monitor scope, schedule and budget for projects and manage client needs.
• Forecasts resource needs.
• Assist in identifying and hiring new technical staff. Support regional offices for generation asset improvement projects.
• Support bidding and estimating efforts in the Denver, Atlanta and Charlotte offices.
Additional information: CH2M HILL will not sponsor a work visa (e.g. H1B, etc.,) to fill this position. Option to hire one individual in Denver, Charlotte, or Atlanta


Basic Qualifications



• Bachelor's degree Engineering from accredited university: Chemical, or Mechanical.
• Minimum 8 years in progressive experience in an Engineering environment serving Power generation clients.
• EPC work experience SCR, FGD and bag house experience.
• Manager/doer experience with projects up to $10 million
• Current assignment as a Project Engineer or Project
• Manager for AQCS projects.
• Demonstrated client relationship/management skills.
• Demonstrated Client Development skills.
• Strong leadership & people management skills.
• Good technical skills.
• Proven team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and technical writing skills

Preferred Qualifications




• 15 years experience.
• Professional Engineer registration.
• Demonstrated experience in engineering services contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated experience in field assignments/startup/construction strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in management of AQCS projects.
• PMI Certification a plus.
