Job Description

This position provides the necessary knowledge and leadership to mitigate the LNG organisations health related risks across both operating and construction environments. It is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a holistic Health & Hygiene Management System for the LNG organisation. It promotes and facilitates continuous improvement in Occupational Health, Fitness for Work, Human Factors and Holistic Health performance across the LNG organisation.

We are looking for a person to be Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Applied Science or Health Management and have significant experience in management of Health & Hygiene in large organisations. You will have an in-depth knowledge of risk management processes and risk based decision making, an understanding of process safety and major accident risk and a knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Developing and implementing Health and Health Wellbeing programs and processes.
• Coaching and Mentoring organisational personnel and contractors in all aspects of Health related matters.
• Contractor Management in Health Wellbeing Management Systems.
• Assisting in managing and support existing Medical contract.
• Development of Health & Wellbeing monthly reports.
• Assist in and conducting Health Audits as per Audit Schedule.

You will the standards and provide recommendations on how to comply with Occupational Health, Fitness for Work, Human Factors and Holistic Health legislation and any legislative changes together with Origin HSEMS changes as requested.
