We provide range of services comprising Independent Surveys, Marine Surveying, Coal and Mineral & Geological Services, Certification form Oil and Gas Cotton controlling, Cotton inspection, Llyods Agency Services, Consultancy, ISPS, Legal Advisory .
• Having 15 years of experience or at least 5 years as a Senior Manager
• Work closely with leadership team to drive operational improvements, order fulfillment, quality control, delivery report and coordinating processing issues.
• Will conduct daily interactions operations in a way that demonstrates a positive organizational attitude and effectiveness and models the organization’s Mission Vision and Values.
• Develop department goals, tactics and objectives to ensure alignment with company strategy
• Identify and reduce variation in process to improve customer satisfaction and quality ultimately reducing cost and waste
• Prepare, review and manage operation budgets that ensure all financial objectives are achieved
• Strategic planning of the operation
• Engage all respective service delivery teams required to execute the operational and project
• Extensive knowledge of the inner workings of Branch Development and Operational departments
• Manage multiple Branch while ensuring strict deadlines are met both internally and externally
• Must have the ability to identify potential conflicts before they occur and thus develop mitigation plans
• Excellent working knowledge of business process, including bid and sales
• Update milestone dates as required
• Maintain suburb client relationships while procuring new business, including proposal presentations
• Understanding of Intellectual Property Rights and Security
• Coach Operational Managers, Branch Coordinator and team to overall operational project success
• Conduct performance reviews
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting is required
• Must have superb Management skills
• Handle all matters in a professional, thorough and confidential manner
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with managers, team members, clients and vendors
• Having good knowledge in the area services operation of surveying, laboratory and oil & gas services.
