Fitter
Redpath Australia is seeking applications from fitters to carry out general mechanical work including repairs, attending breakdowns, and service work at our Golden Grove site.
This position is an integral part of a close knit team and requires an experienced fitter who is equally adept at operating the machinery as they are at repairing it. With excellent camp facilities and a 2/1 roster this position will suit a self-motivated starter who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.
To be considered for the role you will require:
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Heavy equipment or underground mining experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written
- The ability to work well with others in a team environment as well as work unsupervised
- Have a strong belief in promoting and performing in accordance with our safety vision of SAFETY - FIRST, LAST AND ALWAYS.
