Beyond this, you will get exposure to running a multidisciplinary team of seven direct reports across Mining Engineers, Survey, the Mining Contractors and Production Crews. The site employs atypical mining techniques whereby the pit is being simultaneously backfilled while still being mined.
You will also have the opportunity to do away with excessive hours while on site. 8/6 DIDO roster and is within 90 minutes of Perth. You can therefore head to site, leaving home on the morning of your first swing to be there for start of operations at 8 and be home in time for tea on the 8th day.
