JOB PURPOSE & SCOPE .Provide stewardship and the leadership on the strategy and management of all custody transfer and fiscal allocation metering system including the quality measurement instrument (QMI). .Ensure accuracy, integrity, reliability and availability to safeguard client interest. .Lead, formulate and manage the maintenance master plan to ensure that all measurement systems are operated, validated, proved and recertified timely and in accordance with the approved procedures. .Lead, identify and manage related HSE initiatives and Process Safety Management (Mechanical Integrity element) programs on the upgrading and maintenance activities for respective field to ensure high level of HSE.
