Our Client is a UK based AIM listed exploration Company focused on proving a large commercial reserve on its 100% owned project in Nicaragua. It's management team have extensive experience in mineral exploration, project development and project financing, giving the best likelihood of achieving exploration success, bringing their project through to a bankable feasibility study.

At 18th September 2012, the project has a Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) Standards resource of 2.4M oz gold at 4.6g/t including 751,000 oz at 4.4g/t in the Indicated Category, probably making it the biggest gold resource in Nicaragua, and is potentially double that as further exploration will determine. Unlike many other mineral companies, the resource is large and concentrated in one place, and there is good Government support in what is now one of the more stable countries for mining in the world, with their economy growing at 5% p.a. and gold being their third largest export. There are only three producing gold mines in Nicaragua and there has not been a new mine in decades, so it is a new area for the country too.

Our Client recently successfully raised over £4m net and is fully funded for the next 12km of drilling and have today 4 rigs on site. The company needs to position itself to build a mine, construction being slated for about 18 months' time.

The project resource includes a high grade open pit resource of 954,000 oz gold at 3.6g/t gold. A preliminary economic assessment is currently underway. In addition to this project, 87k oz gold on the company's other project takes our Clinet's total resource to 2.5m oz gold in Nicaragua to CIM standards.

Our Client also has a JORC Code Resource of 1,004,000 oz gold equivalent in El Salvador (unfortunately a moratorium on all mining there applies).
