Mineral Resources Limited (MRL) is an ASX top 200 listed company and a leader in the field of diversified mining services. A subsidiary of MRL, Crushing Services International (CSI) is a leading contract crushing provider. Tailoring world-class build-own-operated crushing, screening and processing plants for major mining clients. This includes designing and manufacturing of major mineral processing facilities, ensuring commissioning and providing on-site operation and maintenance.
CSI's newest project, Christmas Creek, is a large scale ore processing facility located 61 kilometers SSW of the Nulagine. Currently, the project is in the final phase of completing the second stage of construction and we are now seeking two experienced Maintenance Planners to play a vital role as a part of the new operations division.
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Planner will engage with numerous stakeholders to build effective relationships and ensure appropriate maintenance strategies are in place to meet performance targets of the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and coordinate schedule for the site
  • Assist in the development, management and coordination of the schedule for the site
  • Interface the schedule with the site budget
  • Forecast and scenario model on schedule of any proposed changes\Review impacts, test scenarios and propose solutions to competing schedule demands
  • Monitor resource availability and allocation across areas
  • Assess levels of confidence for the achievement of key milestones
  • Provide monitoring and reporting to the Site Manager, on key result areas
  • Monitor actual progress (at site level), compare to baseline and report progress against schedule.
  • Provide scheduling support and schedule analysis to the site and head office
  • Attend management and review meetings
  • Provides clear communication across the site team to work to a consolidated goal.
You will possess:
  • Relevant trade qualification would be ideal
  • Previous Maintenance Planning experience desired or a strong Maintenance background with good organisational skills
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Experience with Pronto, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project would be ideal but not essential
  • Hands on and practically minded
