Position Overview
Ideal candidate would be responsible for the provision of all support to clients before during and after sales of software applications and services to clients, provide trainings to clients prepare and give presentations and assist the sales team in providing needed technical support.
The ideal candidate would be very proactive, analytical, business oriented and goal driven. Must have a strong ability to learn new software applications, extremely professional in operations with little supervision with a desire for continuous self-development and success
Performing all duties required by line manager or management in line with business objectives.
The company would support the right candidate in his/her continuous self-development
Skills
• Applies advanced technical expertise using PEOffice software to resolve standard to complex issues.
• Effectively communicates procedural and technical issues to internal and external customers in a fast paced environment.
• Identifies reviews, creates and delivers timely and highly focused training programs to clients. Communicates effectively to internal and external customers as necessary through a variety of mediums.
• Continuously develops technical and business knowledge related to PEOffice software.
• Trains and mentors clients in working technical issues through to resolution
• Help to manage the day to day workings of the business including the monitoring of work flow.
• Help drive Support projects as assigned by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Sound knowledge of upstream oil and gas industry
• A strong drive for success and ability to think logically and " out of the box "
• Capable of taking responsibility for projects and delivering high quality results
• Strong knowledge of sales & capability to assist sales team
• Ability to be self-motivated and motivate the team

Experience
Essential
• Experience in provision of support or technical service in the upstream oil & gas industry
• Experience in reservoir engineering and production engineering evaluations and analysis
• Demonstrate a professional ability to customer service delivery
• Experience in provision of internal technical support to sales team
• Excellent presentation skills
• Understanding of industry software applications relating to reservoir / production engineering
• Experience in coordination of training programs
• Ability to analyze needs of clients
• Understanding of the sales process in engineering related products / services
• Demonstrate understanding of the oil and gas industry
• Experienced / demonstrate ability to manage operations with little supervision
Desirable
• Experience in sales of software applications in upstream oil and gas industry
• Experience in bidding / closing new service contracts
• Experience in operations of industry related software applications
• Excellent soft skills and good people interaction

Qualifications
