Customer Care Specialist - L'Oreal - Moscow, Russia (Russian Federation)


Job Description

To manage the order to cash cycle based on strong relationships with our customers and meeting their needs ina cost efficient manner. 

• Establish customer service objectives and priorities: overall and team specific objectives

• Ensure adherence with policies described in the General Terms of Trade

• Build customer relationships and exchange market metrics information

• Recommend initiatives with customers to optimize flows (information, products, financial) and costs

• Define scorecards for key indicators follow-up and focus on service levels

• Supervise Credit Manager to ensure credit collection and risk assessment, client base management, reportingand budget for credit indicators.

• Ensure complete and regular exchange of information with Sales Department concerning customers

• Ensure that the right information is shared and tracked throughout the organization (forecasts through VendorManaged Inventory (VMI), customer constraints, etc.)

• Lead customer surveys and present recommendations

• Communicate customer constraints/requests to other supply chain teams

• Participate in customer service and credit budget construction

Technical & Professional competencies required

• Customer relation /interpersonal skills

• Commercial knowledge
