This position is responsible for supporting the analysis to create the linkage between marketplace dynamics and consumer insights to our forecasts (Subscribers (Gross Adds, Defects), LOE, Revenue, Products, Data Usage). This role will play a support role in the alignment of the Finance Organization and Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Group and Sales Organizations as it relates to forecasting related activities.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the linkage between marketplace dynamics and consumer insights to our forecasts (Subscribers (Gross Adds, Defects), LOE, Revenue, Products, Data Usage).
• Support the Marketing and Sales Operations functional areas to provide the necessary inputs into Quarterly Forecast, Budget and SLRF.
• Assist all Marketing and Sales Operations groups in the creation of marketing forecasts based on analysis of multiple factors including past performance, market dynamics and consumer insights.
• Responsible for ensuring consistency across team inputs and deliverables.
• Support the development of process improvements.
• Provide decision support to key marketing and sales operations partners to improve their understanding of the impact to forecast and budget.
• Develop financial models to help determine overall impact of strategic marketing decisions as it relates to forecasting. Develop ad-hoc analyses as required to support forecasting decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial and cost models as necessary to support forecasting efforts. Periodically updated the models based on new information and changing business conditions
• This person should be able to successfully and independently communicate with other functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or MBA progression a plus.
• At least 4 years related experience in finance or marketing required. Experience with forecasting and business case development. Business knowledge of the wireless industry experience a plus.
• Excellent computer literacy skills including database reporting, analytical and statistical packages and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required – particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge and experience of financial modeling and analysis techniques are required.
• Comfort working with imperfect or incompatible data necessary.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong time and project schedule management skills required to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including speaking in front of small and large groups.
