Site Electrical Maintenance Engineer

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced electrical engineer to become an intergral part of the engineering department on one of Australia's largest iron ore projects.

 

The primary purpose of this unique position, is to provide innovative and strategic advice to the engineering superintendent to improve overall plant performance and availability.

 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

 

• Conducting analysis on plant performance and recommending equipment improvements
• Provide engineering solutions to the electrical maintenance department
• Plan and execute various plant maintenance improvement projects

 

 

To be a success in this position, you will require:

 

• Bachelor's Degree - Electrical Engineering
• Previous site experience is essential
• Previous experience in a similar position working on mining processing facilities
