Senior Manager, Business Development (OEM & Distribution Partnership)

Job Description

Key Business Lead in securing existing and developing new businesses with handset OEMs and their distribution channel network. Reporting directly to Country Manager of Qualcomm Indonesia and based in Jakarta. The candidate should own experience in building Key Account Partnership with device OEM, Experience in Account Management, and Drive with high integrity and ownership the country Marketing and Promotion program,.

ROLES:
. Build Key Account Engagements to develop strong partnership with Device OEM
. Build Key Account Partnership with Local Brand to drive volume
. Drive and Own Program management with Device OEM
. Business Development activities to grow Qualcomm market share in the country
. Strong Statistic and analytical skills
. High Level Account Management
. Promoting Qualcomm technologies
. Marketing intelligence
. Relationship management

Responsibilities

. Develop Business Strategy to grow Qualcomm chipset business in Indonesia particularly in Smartphones, Tablets, dongles;
. Develop Key Account Partnership strategy with Device Global Brands and Indonesia Private Brands
. Convince Indonesia Local Brand to grow 3G Smartphones and tablets with Qualcomm chipset
. Drive Business Partnership with Global Brand to bring Qualcomm snapdragon associated with their commercial devices in the form of of Joint Marketing, Joint Promotions Programs and Joint education to the end users.
. Expand CDMA and WCDMA handset business
. Develop new business and explore new opportunities in wireless data and mobile content
. Manage relationship in all level within customer organization. Primarily within executive level and key decision makers
. Managing Marketing Program involving Device Partners Global Brands and Local Brands.
. Drive Business Volume with Indonesia Local Brands
. Drive Business Volume with Local Distributors who handles Operators specific programs (for Both WCDMA carriers and CDMA carriers)
. Collect marketing intelligence

Skills/Experience

. Strong Account Management experiences especially working from Device Global Brand Company
. Minimum 10 years experiences in account management within the industry
. Experience in developing Key Account Management strategy and execute the business strategy
. Experience in running Marketing Programs and able to run multiple tasks at the same.
. Experience in running Business Development individually
. Able to work individually and execute the task without team member
. Experience in statistical analysis and provide summary of the analysis
. Experience in developing statistical reports
. Good understanding of local market dynamics and open market distribution model
. Strong passion with gadget, devices, and mobile applications
. Good understanding of telecommunication technology development
. Excellent English writing and spoken
. Local language capability is very desirable
. MBA graduated is preferred
. Good personal attitude and inter-personal relations skill
