Job Description

Due to expansion of the business my client is now looking to add to the senior management team by bringing in a Lean Facilitator:

Improve shop floor layout to streamline production

Production process analysis

Ensure the development / implementation of Lean Projects

Delivery of savings through improved processes and leadership

Drive culture change throughout the business

Lead, influence and facilitate individuals and teams

Implementing change throughout the organization

Work closely with management to establish sustainable LEAN practices

Train other associates in the continuous improvement tools maturity and understanding of CI

£32,000 - £36,000

Desired Skills & Experience

If you answer yes to the following please apply:
• Managed Lean manufacturing projects
• Teach Lean principles and tools to colleagues
• Development and Implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Work with other departments on the assessment of industrial processes of suppliers
• Monitor and evaluation of relevant KPI's and status of CIP projects
• Computer Literate
