Job Description
The Financial Controller will be required to manage a team of qualified and studying accountants, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work in addition to their professional development. Working in a contracts driven environment, you will be required to deliver high-level reporting to key stakeholders, both internal and external to the business. As well as ensuring the day-to-day running of the finance function, you will be required to assist the FD in Birmingham with the strategic direction of the business.What's on offer
£45,000 - £50,000 + bonus + benefits

The position of Financial Controller will be seen as pivotal in ensuring the continued development of the business, the following skill-set will be deemed essential in order to succeed in role:• ACA qualified (ideally from a Top 10 firm)
• Ideally 2-3 years pqe experience<BR>• Proven leadership qualities
• Demonstrable record of process improvement and driving efficiencies
• A methodical and results-driven approach
