Financial Controller - Birmingham , GB (United Kingdom)

Job Description

The Financial Controller will be required to manage a team of qualified and studying accountants, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work in addition to their professional development. Working in a contracts driven environment, you will be required to deliver high-level reporting to key stakeholders, both internal and external to the business. As well as ensuring the day-to-day running of the finance function, you will be required to assist the FD in Birmingham with the strategic direction of the business.

The position of Financial Controller will be seen as pivotal in ensuring the continued development of the business, the following skill-set will be deemed essential in order to succeed in role:
• ACA qualified (ideally from a Top 10 firm)
&bull; Ideally 2-3 years pqe experience<BR>&bull; Proven leadership qualities
&bull; Demonstrable record of process improvement and driving efficiencies
&bull; A methodical and results-driven approach
