The Role

An experienced geologist is sought to join a mid sized team based in Brisbane.

Reporting to the National Manager, your main responsibilities are expected to include:

Nurture and develop existing business relationships
Develop new sources of revenue streams utilising your existing networks
Overseeing all modelling, geostatistical analysis, interpolation, validation and due diligence reporting and documentation of business activities
Resource audits and reviews
Management of technical Geology team including performance reviews and recruitment

Skills Sought

Over 20 years in the resource industry with proven management skills
Multiple commodity experience
Strong tertiary qualification in Geoscience.
Proven 3D geological software skills and advanced knowledge of Vulcan, Surpac and Datamine
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels and the ability to work well within a busy vibrant team
The ability to multi-task and think analytically.
