PT GOLDEN ENERGY MINES, Tbk. PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) (www.goldenenergymines.com) is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra. One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position: 1. Pit Geotechnical Supervisor (Code : Pit Geotech)
Requirements:
- Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering.
- “Pratama or Madya” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred.
- Min. 5 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering.
- Mining heavy industry experience is essential.
- Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement.
- Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W).
- Self motivated and self starter.
- Good interpersonal relationship skill.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.
- Have experience in river / creek diversion is an advantage. 2. Purchasing Technical Staff (Code : Pur)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max 30 years old
- Minimum S1 Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience as Purchasing Staff
- Having good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skill in team, self motivated person and independent
- Computer Literate in using MS office
- Willing to be located in remote area 3. Environment Supervisor (Code : ESV)
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 3 Years Experience, preferably from Coal Mining Company
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
- Having POP certificate is preferable
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Has the ability to draft Environment strategies, plans, programs, and support their implementation
- Willing to be placed in site : Jambi 4. Surveyor Supervisor (Code : SSP)
Requirements:
- Male min. 20 years and max 30 years old,
- Min D3 Geodetic from reputable University,
- Having minimum within 1‐2 years experience on civil construction & mining,
- Able to communicate in English
- Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
- Willing to work at mine site, and remote area Responsibilities:
- Periodic surveys of mining progress of both overburden and coal stockpile reconciliation
- Understand topographical surveys and productions coal mines
- Preparation of mine plans / section as per the mining law of Indonesia and per other needs, Prepare detailed surveys of mine workings
- Preparation of plans from field surveys
- Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine. 5. Heavy Equipment Operator (Code: HEO)
Requirements:
- Pria, maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMU/sederajat
- Berpengalaman membawa alat yang sama minimum 2 tahun
- Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat pelatihan Komatsu / Catterpilar 6. Dump Truck Driver (Code: DTD)
Requirements:
- Pria, maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMU/sederajat
- Berpengalaman membawa alat yang sama minimum 2 tahun
