SKILLED is currently seeking Trade Qualified HD Fitters to be part of an upcoming maintenance project within the Mining and Resources industry in Western Australia.
Key duties of this role will include maintenance on large scale mining equipment, and diagnostics and fault finding on large Detroit and Cummins engines.
Candidates will be working on an 8/6 or 2/1 roster operating within thePort Hedland, Karratha and the Pilbara region. Applicants must therefore be local or be willing to relocate.
This is a casual ongoing position and all candidates must have an Australian Recognised Trade Qualification with a solid background working within the mining industry.
Successful candidates will possess:

- Previous experience in the maintenance of large scale mining equipment
- Sound knowledge of diagnostics and fault finding on large Detroit and Cummins engines
- Sound knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic schematics
- Previous experience working within the mining industry

- Immediate start
- Casual position with ongoing work
- $50 -$55 per hour
- FIFO from Perth
- 8/6 or 2/1 roster
- Would consider 475 visa holders
