With new work on the order books we have a need to fill various positions within senior maintenance. In particular I am currently looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor who is focused on developing and mentoring team members for a newly created position in the Bowen Basin.
I am looking for strong leaders and those who like to share their extensive knowledge of heavy mobile mining plant. Candidates who can demonstrate excellent technical abilities coupled with strong problem solving skills and conflict management will be highly regarded. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to develop maintenance strategies to achieve high equipment availability whilst also bringing in initiatives to help with the up skilling of the work force.
To be successful in this role there is a requirement that all applicants should have the following:
- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter
- Experience maintaining mining equipment such as CAT and Komatsu haul trucks and large Hydraulic excavators
- 2 + years working in a maintenance supervisor position on an O/C mine site
- Strong commitment to safety and desire to mentor and develop team members
- Exposure to CMMS software e.g. SAP, JDE, AMT
