HSE Advisor - Perth Based

My client is developing rapidly. With a number of operational and exploration sites around the world they are at one of the most exciting times in their history. They are leaders, and looking for a HSE Advisor to join them on their journey.

This role will have you moving between a corporate and hands on operational environment. You will be actively involved in further developing the organisations HSE systems, procedures and policies and have the responsibility to implement them into the workforce.

This is a position you can own, and make your own. A position that will give you great autonomy and the springboard to move your career to the next level. In return you will be supported by an organisation that fosters great culture.

To be considered for this role you will possess:

• Relevant industry qualifications
• 4 - 7 years HSE Advisory experience
• Mining operations experience (essential)
• International experience (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and lead from the front
• Strong understanding of HSE management systems, regulations and legislation
• Outstanding communication skills
• Efficient technology and written skills
• A commitment to travel to site when and where required
• Passion, commitment, and drive to develop your own career
