An exciting opportunity has arisen within an established consultancy for a very experienced Process Engineer to join their team in Perth, WA. In this role you'll manage a team of dedicated engineers in delivering high quality engineering and field development studies for recently won major Oil and Gas projects.
On a day to day basis, you'll lead a group of multi-disciplined engineers and ensure that the project scope of work, design basis and standards and procedures are known, understood and implemented by the technical personnel. You'll provide direction and monitor the execution of work. You'll utilise your developed communication skills to liaise with not only the engineering team, but also the various clients by being heavily involved in evaluating bids.
In addition, you'll conduct feasibility studies and evaluate alternative field developments options. You'll perform design calculations and produce engineering documents.
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll ideally hold a degree in Chemical Engineering and have a solid background of more than 20 years in the Oil and Gas Industry. You'll have a strong background in designing of Oil and Gas processing facilities and thermodynamic fluid properties and phase behaviour.
