CHPP SUPERVISOR – FOXLEIGH CHPP

Due to continual success and consistent development of the Anglo American business we are currently seeking a passionate, relationship-driven and energetic CHPP Supervisor to join our team. We expect that you will have strong leadership qualities to guide your team to safely achieve production targets
Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety leadership
• Coordinate personnel, equipment and resources to achieve agreed targets
• Provide effective leadership and communication to operational & maintenance personnel on a daily basis
• Provide direction, coaching and mentoring to aid employee development, ensuring that employees know and understand their roles and performance objectives
• Identify and implement improvements, short term interval control and problem solving

You will possess relevant trade or tertiary qualifications along with CHPP and/or comparable heavy industry experience. You will have demonstrated success in leading teams to safely achieve targets. You will be highly motivated and posses excellent communication and leadership skills and be extremely familiar and competent with the necessary risk management principles.
