The role
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and professional Workshop Mechanical Foreman who has previous experience working for a dealership/OEM and underground machinery. You will enjoy taking full ownership of the team and managing a medium sized team of tradesmen. Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties will include but not limited to;

You will enjoy taking full ownership of the team and managing a medium sized team of tradesmen. Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties will include but not limited to;
- Liaising with clients
- Maintaining efficiency
- Coordinating your crews
- Utilising management systems as well as building and improving the existing systems in place
- You will also enjoy providing technical assistance and from time to time going back to doing what you love doing, getting your hands dirty.
- Have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position
- Have previous experience with an OEM or dealership
- Experience with underground mining equipment (desirable)
- Have experience managing medium sized crews or teams
- Be trade qualified
- Be highly organised
- Have qualifications in frontline management or similar (desirable)
- Be very company minded
- Safety at the forefront of your mind
