An opportunity currently exists in Mali for a Construction Manager/Project Manager with pipeline construction experience. The incumbent will perform a variety of activities from project management, subcontractor sourcing, and management of field operations related to international pipeline projects. This person could eventually manage the operation in a local division office.




Responsibilities

• Overall project management of pipeline installation ensuring completion within budget and on time
• Subcontractor sourcing
• Liaise with customer and field supervisors
• Manage and inspect installation of pipeline
• Manage the budget
• Possible on-site design

Requirements

• Experience in construction and construction management is required
• Be very knowledgeable in all areas of construction
• Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Honesty, integrity, and work ethic are important character attributes
• Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Projects programs
