SERVICE ENGINEER
Location： Indonesia – Surabaya
- Maintain good relationship with customers and distributors
- Respond and attend the service calls. Provide professional service solution to meet customer’s needs.
- Manage service partners’ service capacity to ensure qualified service delivered to customers.
- Promote service portfolios via service activities and explore business opportunities to achieve service target.
- Support sales teams on demands of technical aspects.
- Diploma degree or above;
- electronic biomedical or relevant professional category
- More than 1 year field service and technical support experience in medical equipment industry; familiar with service process and customer relationship maintenance; familiar with service business issues.
- The experiences about the In-veto Diagnostic product is preferred.
- Good command of written English at least.
- Familiar with computer and office software
- patient, logical thinking and good communication skills
- Provide field service including installation, trouble shooting, etc, as per customers’ or distributors’ requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM), retrofit, etc, as per assigned.
- Provide added-value service solutions to customers for better reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Perform market survey, customer visits to collect customer needs and find out business opportunities; promote service portfolios.
- Cooperate with service partners and take service sales activities to ensure service revenue target is achieved.
- Develop service network as per company service strategy.
- Provide technical and other support to service partners such as trouble shooting and training, etc.
- Qualify service partners; monitor service quality; drive continuous improvement.
- Provide service support to sales team like demonstration on demand.
- Provide feedback as per requests from other teams including spare parts need, quality issues follow-up, product application, etc.
- Collect competitor’s information.
