Barrick (Darlot) is located 680kms north east of Perth and has been one of Australia’s consistent gold producers for the last 21 years. With ongoing development of our underground mining operation and a significant exploration program, the operation has a mine life of 6 years. Ore is treated by conventional carbon-in-leach at the on-site mill.

Position Objective:
We seek to appoint an experienced Site Liaison Administrator to join the Darlot team.
Reporting directly to the Site Liaison Supervisor, Site Liaison Administrator is responsible for the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Submit GSDU forms on receipt and advise on clearances when received.
· Visitor management & inductions
· Process freight and mail
· Order stationery and office supplies as required
· Order supplies for the wet mess
· Receipting of wet mess supplies
· Receive wet mess takings and transfer to the safe.
· Organise transport to and from Leinster when required
· Update sharepoint with site specific documents
· Send out daily evacuation lists
· Prepare and distribute emergency contact rosters
· Organise external travel and accommodation (eg.. Qantas travel)
· Distribute road condition reports
· Book site conference rooms
· Promote camp social evenings to site
· Sundry administration duties
· In the absence of the Camp & Logistics Advisor assume their duties as required.
· Comply with and undertake additional / alternative responsibilities as reasonably requested by their supervisor.
To be suitable for this role, you will possess the following:
· Experience with InFlight and Oracle databases.
· Experience in providing administrative support in a remote environment
· Experience in multi tasking in a busy, customer orientated environment
· Good computer skills with the ability to use integrated management systems, word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications.
· Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
The position is fly in/fly out from Perth on an 8/6 roster and camp accommodation is provided.
