Industrial Relations Assistant Manager
Responsibility :
- Assist HR Services Region Manager in implementing industrial relations program in region.
- Examine industrial relations issues, and coordinate with other department to resolve the issues.
- Maintain good relationship with employee and union by regularly visit to plantation and factory.
Requirements :
- Willing to be based in Palembang.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) (Preferred in Law & Psycology).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Having plam oil knowledge and working experience is an advantage).
- Familiar in handle filling system, knowing about labour law and its regulations, proactive, trustworthy, responsible.
- Having Negotiational Skill, Communicative, Good Leadership and Team Player.
- Able to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
