Field Service HD Fitter - 2:1 roster
Best Tractor Parts (BTP) is a subsidiary of Ausdrill Limited, and is one
of Australia's leading suppliers of mining equipment parts, sales and rental
services.
Best Tractor Parts Earthmoving Equipment are major suppliers of machinery parts and equipment to the mining and earthmoving industries across Australia. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and qualified HD Fitter to join our growing team.
Due to increasing work in Western Australia, we require a qualified HD Fitter to to be based out of our workshop in Newman carrying out repairs in the field with occasional work in Perth also.
You will predominately field service out in one of our service vehicle covering various mine site including Yandi, Area C, Christmas Creek, Whale Back, and Hope Downs just to name a few.
The ideal person will have:

- HD Trade certificate essential
- Recent field service experience working on Caterpillar or Komatsu equipment essential.
- Forklift licence essential.
- HR unrestricted licence essential
- EWP
- Basic Rigging / Dogging
- Good written and oral communication with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation.
- Excel experience
- A healthy respect for the company and fellow employees.
- Knowledge and the application of OH&S in the workplace.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Level of income is dependent on experience.
- Ongoing personal development is achieved by "on the job" training.
- Autonomous role at a supervisory hands on level
