Our client is currently seeking an
experienced and qualified Metallurgy Manager to lead and head the process plant
for their operations in the Pacific Islands. If you are looking for a great
opportunity to get some expat experience in a non-hardship area, this may just
be it!
Responsibilities
- Quality control and assurance
- Budget management and cost control
- Manage metallurgical processes to guarantee efficiency
- Oversee process plant contractor
- Identify areas needing improvement and development
- Compliance for environmental, health and safety standards
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in metallurgy
- At least 10 years’ gold experience in the mineral processing industry; particularly on a crush grind float circuit
- CIP/CIL processing experience highly advantageous
- Previous expat experience essential
