Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor & Trainer from an earthmoving equipment tyres background?
This could be the opportunity for you!


Mining giant with operations in North Africa is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join their team.
Your main function will be to oversee the safe, efficient and cost effective tyre maintenance of the mobile equipment on site, as well as the training of subordinates.

Key functions include but are not limited to:

• Ensure all tyre maintenance is carried out according to the company’s safety procedures.
• Oversee subordinates in the workshop and field for all planned and unplanned tyre maintenance.
• Assist in the development of parts and consumables lists.
• Training and mentoring of personnel.
• Prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

• Trade tested Tyre Fitter or Mechanic.
• 10 years’ experience in the maintenance of earthmoving equipment tyres within the mining industry, of which at least 5 years must be in at supervisory level.
• Extensive experience on CAT equipment (please list your experience when applying).
• French communication skills highly advantageous.
• Previous experience working as an expatriate in a multicultural environment in Africa.
