We are seeking an experience underground metalliferous Geotechnical Engineer for a Production Geotechnical role for a large Underground operation in SA.

This opportunity will offer you leading industry training, the ability to be surrounded by colleagues with over 20 years of experience as well as enough autonomy to test you abilities.

In this role as the Geotechnical Engineer you will be reporting to the Geotechnical Superintendent, and will be responsible for;

• Geotechnical data collection
• Seismic processing
• Ground support design
• Backfill strength design
• Geotechnical input tom mine planning & production

To have a successful application for this role you must have a relevant tertiary qualification, experience of 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in an underground metalliferous mines.
